It is our goal to introduce the wonder and thrill of speculative fiction to a much wider audience.  To that end, we have enlisted some of the top names in dark fiction to fill our pages.  Our fist issue alone will feature rare and original work from Michael Laimo, Tom Piccirilli, Stephen Mark Rainey, and Tim Waggoner.  In addition, our inaugural issue will also include an insightful interview with horror master and award-winner Brian Keene.  But that’s not all, we have received 100s of submissions from talented lesser known writers and artists and we are confident that Shroud will play an integral role in the development and discovery of new powerful voices within the genre.

We are actively harnessing the power of social networking alongside marketing promotions and traditional advertising to make Shroud a success.  In a short period of time, we have garnered a very encouraging subscriber base, and have been lauded for the style, look, and ambition of the magazine.  However, we will not stop there.  Shroud is in discussion with two major magazine distribution services in order to place issues of our magazine on major news stands in thousands of retail locations.
